Ripley Speaks

Finally a National Park that allows dogs. Hallelujah, they are taking me with them today. I won't  have to sleep on the bed till they get back. I had a lot of fin with Karen and Guy.  I didn't get to play ball but I did get my back scratched.
we stayed at the Jellystone campground. I got to meet Yogi.

the newest National Park allows dogs on the trails

the canyon walls were soooo big

I wasn't scared of the cliffs and posed for Karen

its a long way down but the Gunnison River runs at the bottom
there are three dams along the river, none in the park

the canyon is 53 miles long, the park 14

I don't know why they keep looking down this deep hole, but
It was funny going with them
I wanted to see what Guy was looking at, so I checked it out

just a big rock wall

this one had rocks at the bottom
do I really have to look down there?
this is more like it, a nice long walk

I played on the rocks

the canyon was quite impressive
the canyon walls were very rugged

I like being at the park

are they planning on leaving me here?
this is the hole Karen and Guy keep looking at

I guess it is kind of neat

looking over the canyon to the other side
I found these tucked in a crevice

this was a fun day

time to go back to the truck
picture 3:  I lock eyes with the grey horse, the other horses start to move in

picture 2:  I stare at the vision coming toward me

picture 1:  the horse comes over to check me out

the peppers are being roasted. I bet I wont get any

catching a bit of shut eye on the way to the campsite
